Search Options

Contingency Search

The contingency search is one of the more popular methods companies utilize for their Staffing Requirements.  Our fee is based on a percentage of the first year’s compensation only if you hire a candidate that was recruited for you by us.  In the event that you hire someone on your own or through another agency, no fee is due.

Retained Search

Retained searches take on an immediate priority with us. After the appropriate candidates have been recruited and screened over the telephone, our recruiters present their credentials to you. At this point if you have an interest in pursuing them we conduct referral checks, degree verifications, etc. In many instances we even meet with candidate for a personal interview prior to making a recommendation to you. Our fee is based on a percentage of the first year’s compensation with a percentage due at the commencement of the assignment and the balance due upon the candidate’s start date.

Contract Staffing

Many firms opt to hire employees for a contracted period of time as a cost effective alternative to full-time employment.  There is no fee due on the candidate start date.  Instead, our fee consists of a small percentage of the employee’s weekly compensation. We even provide all payroll services for the contract worker.

Consulting Services

Is your Hiring Manager swamped with work and does not have the available time to effectively screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates? The solution is for you to purchase blocks of 4 hours of our time and experience. Our recruiters will personally qualify and telephone interview potential employees based on the resumes you provide. We will then turn over all of our notes to you and make our recommendations as to who we feel is an appropriate fit for the position. This service is an extremely cost effective alternative to having the Manager sift out the qualified candidates from piles of resumes. It is also a very discreet alternative for sensitive staffing changes or additions.
